Great Company and Service
The quality of service, available, options, and pricing is all exceptional and puts Alarm New England above the competition. A self install is super easy and you have a dedicated staff member walk you through it the whole time. Have had no complaints with our system and the easy to use app is perfect for setting the system as you leave and come back from trips.

Exceptional customer service!!
Exceptional customer service!!! Excellent response time! Extremely satisfied!!! I’m so happy that I read the reviews and chose Alarm New England. Initially, I was skeptical about not choosing a national brand. However, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Had a great experience with sales team, installation team and billing - when I had to have an issue resolved. Overall, very good experience, great service and smart app for arming/disarming system.
