I recently upgraded my old Lynx system to the new Honeywell Lyric when Alarm Grid wrote me the old cell monitoring system would not be supported in the near future. I knew that day would come eventually, so I didn’t have any worries at all, having always had exceptional service from Alarm Grid. I couldn’t be more happier with the Lyric system and the support I received over just two calls to get it completely up and running!! Customer support team was awesome throughout!! Online videos were very useful when I had other questions. Give Alarm Grid a shout when you’re in the market. They’ll walk you through every installation step with the utmost professionalism and provide you first rate monitoring at a most reasonable rate!!!

We've been an Alarm Grid customer for over seven years and have had a great experience every time we call for assistance. They are very friendly, reliable and professional. Sterling helped me set up my first system, and all of the other technicians have been great.

Nathan and Jarrett have both been absolutely awesome. They have helped me program and troubleshoot, and they have saved me money. No contract and reasonable prices. AlarmGrid has also helped me add components from a previous system to my current system. Anytime I add a new component, they assist. I highly recommend AlarmGrid.

This site is invaluable if you are trying to do any sort of DIY alarm system, or just wanting to make changes to a currently existing alarm system. They are quick to respond and provide great insights and followon links. A+

Alarmgrid made the process to swap out legacy, outdated Interlogix alarm system with a new Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ simple. The website has the information to identify and select the correct equipment and detailed instructions, including videos, on how to install. I replaced an existing hardwire system in less than 2 hours with no previous alarm installation experience. Activation was simple, with flexible scheduling. First panel had a faulty SIM/Cellular card, Alarmgrid quickly sent a replacement (2 days) and was able to complete the activation process with a quick 20 minute call.
