Gary at AlarmGrid was very helpful with the configuration and setup of monitoring for my new Honeywell Lyric panel. This is the best experience I've ever had with a monitoring company. They're very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have been a customer of Alarm Grid since we moved into our new house in 2018. Their support staff provided excellent instructions so they could connect to our existing alarm panel and configure it. It was seamless and we were up and running in one day. I have had only one other opportunity to call their service and support team (January 14, 2021) because of an unexpected trouble signal that accompanied an alarm event (I made too much smoke while cooking). Darrell Kittle at Alarm Grid support had me email photos of my panels/wiring, downloaded the panel configuration, and figured out what was happening. He made the right adjustments and solved my problem. I really appreciated that he was wiling to stay on the phone with me and do whatever was necessary to resolve my issue.

Jarrett helped to startup the system very smoothly and helped me to reenable the system from self lockout. Also the sign up and activation process was smooth. Can’t wait to experience the alarm grid service.

Fred was the greatest, he spent just about an hour and a half on the phone with me. I would have never completed my installation with out his help. Jim Caporizo

Dylan and Jorge thanks for the easy steps In helping me get my Honeywell L7000 back up and in service through alarm grid. A few phone calls and some emails they were able to get me back to being secured. It was pretty simple actually, each time I was at work they just had me do a few things when I got home with steps to do and as long as I followed the steps I was able to get service. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
