Awesome experience of an early adopter: AlarmGrid’s Amanda knew about my interest in Honeywell / Resideo’s new ProA7plus panel, notified me right away when it came out, watched over my equipment order, and helped me start a monitoring service. Nathan remotely activated the system and walked me through the enrollment of my legacy sensors in no time. Great communication and attitude - definitely recommend!

AlarmGrid has consistently outstanding service and support, truly among the very best of any company I've ever worked with. Most recently, Darrell was extremely helpful and in dealing with several issues I encountered that involved some unexpected challenges: installing garage door sensors; updating my alarm certificate; testing and trouble shooting Z-wave functionality. Can't say enough positive things about AlarmGrid and their support staff, and I'm not typically overly positive.

Set up was Simple. Dylan & Amanda were Excellent They answered all of my questions and were very quick to respond to help with the setup. Thank You and I will Definitely recommend to others!

I am a DIY person, once I had the panel ready on my side, in a few steps by phone they had my alarm connected to alarm grid and ready to go. Thanks for everything, I never thought it was going to be so quick.
