Alarm GridReviews of alarmgrid.com

AlarmGrid offers the most competitive alarm packages on the market. Sophia and Jorge were great to work with and made sure I had everything I needed to get my system up and running. I had my system designed and installed in less than three weeks! This is my second home with an AlarmGrid system and coulndn't be happier with the outcome. This latest install was complex due to an older system already in the home but Jorge and Sophia helped identify the key pieces of the Lyric system I needed to complete the upgrade. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Aja was very helpful. Quickly covered what I needed to know.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service

As a new customer I'm looking forward to having Alarm Grid as my new monitoring service. Dylan was a pleasure to work with in getting me changed over from my previous monitoring service. Being hearing impaired he was very patient with me.

I needed to replace my control panel, and Jarrett worked me through the process flawlessly by recommending the Lyric. What a relief I could use my existing sensors with the new panel. Then Dylon walked me through activating the system and set me up for monitoring. He was patient and thorough and very effective in getting this done. The entire process was a great experience. Great company to work with.

I activated my new Alarm Grid system today. My system is fairly extensive with many different types of sensors. Dylan was extremely patient with me and my lack of programming strength. I had many questions about the system and he guided me thru all of them with ease. I will be recommending Alarm Grid to friends and family in the future.
