Nathan walked me through the activation process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient during the entire process. I have been quite impressed with Alarm Grid’s great customer service overall. This makes me feel like I can trust them to monitor my home. I upgraded from Honeywell 5100 to the Honeywell Lyric system. Nathan made it a very smooth and easy process. Thank you Nathan!

Could not have had a better experience with alarm grid. Decided to upgrade my old Vista 20P panel to a Homekit enabled a Honeywell Lyric. Unfortunately, I did have some issues with the original unit being shipped to me. But alarm grid did not hesitate to send me a new lyric controller and got me up and running within a few days.

Darrell was very patient and help today. I was not sure which of the many ways to set up the communicator and which of the two transformers to use based on the instruction booklet that came with the device, so I had not started any of the wiring or powering up before the phone consultation. He walked me through the option that i needed to use. I decided that since the wiring was going to take me a while, I should set up a second follow-up consultation for activation.

I switched my alarm monitoring to Alarm Grid today. Dylan was very professional in stepping me through the panel programming and ensuring that the panel was communicating with the central station.

I had been with another alarm company for 15 years and wanted to be able to get remote arm/disarm capabilities. Other company said 3 year contract and $500. I did some research and came across Alarm Grid's YouTube page and my mind was made up. Every video I came across was super helpful. I was able to learn that I could upgrade the PROM chip from my 15 year old system that I didn't even know could be upgraded. I then learned about the dual path Internet and cellular communicators and made up my mind since their videos were so helpful that I wanted to give them my monitoring business. I spoke with Jorge from technical support planning to confirm my needs before placing my order. Dylan got my new monitoring account all setup and tested. Overall has been a great experience from start to finish. Do your self a favor and go with Alarm Grid. Not with just their products but their monitoring and amazing tech support!

I had bought Honeywell Lyric Controller and 5800C2W wireless panel for my home. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in helping me install the units. I bought it because it would connect with my Homekit but learned in there videos that the panel has to be associated with a alarm company. To make an even longer story shorter they professionally helped me out and got me connected. Now I’ve got my homekit working and everything running smoothly. Thanks for posting the videos AlarmGrid!
