This company really on their A game, very responsive and everyone very concerned in helping their customers. My first interaction was with Sterling over one of their YouTube tutorials video, posted a question and he replaced within minutes. I was interested in Self monitoring my existing alarm equipment. Now comes Fred Daniels, what an outstanding Tech, he was assigned to call me over the phone to guide me through out the activation process with Total Connect, received the call on time as scheduled, just want to mention my panel required some unplugging and software resets, the call lasted approximately 48 mins, but Fred really managed to guide me through every step until he finally got my system all set up and provided my Total Connect log in info. Fred was very respectful, patient and professional, I will definitely recommend Alarm Grid for anyone in the market for alarm services.

Great company/service

Alarm Grid provided excellent customer service for new alarm monitoring with a small business. I was very impressed by the customer service rep's knowledge of the product to quickly assess our current equipment without trying to force new equipment sales. He was direct and had the ability to quickly give me next steps and let me know the next available appointment time for activation/programming that same day without me having to ask. I did express the need to quickly implement new alarm monitoring for my boss and everything got done without a hitch in approximately 3 hours based on the appointment time, the ability for me to send the system specs to the activation tech before the appointment and alarm testing after the initial programming was complete. The rep was very responsive by chat throughout the whole process and reached out to other team members, as needed, when issues came up. I even received a transcript of the chat after the chat ended. Excellent customer service seems to be a dying art but Alarm Grid's customer service rep has restored my faith after that experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!

AlarmGrid has been great! I've long since forgotten anything I knew about electronics, but they made the process of buying my wired system, installing it, and getting it turned on doable. They helped me evaluate system options, put together all of the pieces I needed, answered my questions along the way, and smoothly set me up once I was ready to go. They were easy to interact with, patient and polite (not pushy on sales), and helpful. My sales advisor left the company mid-stream and Jorge steped in seamlessly and we carried forward. I am so glad I found them after looking at all of the regular national names and several local guys to set up my system. Thank you!!
