I recently purchased a Honeywell PROA7Plus alarm panel with PROTAKEOVER module from Alarm Grid after having two older systems installed by other companies which haven't been used in a long time. After spending time doing research, I realized DIY was the way to go and Alarm Grid made it easy. I received multiple emails and calls asking if I needed assistance getting setup. After I finished installing the system, Travis Cox was extremely helpful getting the registration completed and self monitoring started. I plan to continue expanding the system by adding a PROLTE module for cellular backup and PROSIXC2W wireless converter to use the existing wiring for the old sensors in our home.

The Alarm Grid staff is well versed in the myriad feature set of newer alarm systems. Even when the answer to a problem is not spelled out in an installation manual, they have been able to resolve the matter. Freddie D. of the support staff was able to quickly zero in on what was a simple answer to what I thought was a falsing sensor, but was actually a function of the control panel. Follow up by support staff is great, and you feel they are there to resolve problems and educate users.

Had Darrell K. from Alarm Grid set-up a new LTEM cellular and Internet communicator today. It went very smoothly. Darrell K. was professional and through. He took the time to answer my questions. A wonderful experience. I would recommend Alarm Grid to everyone!

I called Alarm Grid for advice on upgrading my wired sensors to wireless. Brandon gave me the advantages and disadvantages of taking all my sensors to wireless. He suggested that I just do a few at a time to see how I liked the change. It is a great solution to my thoughts of all or nothing. He also mentioned a product for my garage door that would add features beyond my current set-up. I have had perfect customer service from Alarm Grid for the past 3 years including their monitoring. They have always been there for me.

I cannot say enough good things about the AlarmGrid team. Starting with my first contact to explore them taking over monitoring through the takeover and then purchasing from them a new alarm panel, getting that configured and then the transfer of monitoring from the old panel to the new has been outstanding. The bring to the table knowledge and experience with a truly helpful and friendly attitude. I started with a small, local company that was acquired by a bigger company that was then acquired by yet a bigger company. Along the way that quality of service went down and the costs to do anything went up. I'm now in control of my own alarm panel with expert guidance from Alarm Grid. It's the only way to go.
