Doctors are nowhere to be found
Doctors are nowhere to be found , they lie about the dosages available to buy on their website. They story you out at the lowest dosage possible even though their website says it's 1mL. I complained to customer service but getting nowhere. The lower dosage doesn't work on me and had a doctor actually did a real consultation I would be complaining. This place is a joke. I'm going back to Henrymeds this place is a waste of time.

Shipped mediation that was bad
They shipped medication that wasn’t properly refrigerated and it made me sick because the package was opened when it arrived. Never responded when I asked for help and then asked for an adjustment on the $500 dollars for the month they refused and billed me anyways for the next month. They shipped me medication two weeks after they were suppose to and after I canceled the service and then wouldn't take it back or refund me. Go with another service.

We asked our pharmacy for certification of analysis on this order and they informed us that it met all quality standards. We have also requested that your current shipment be expedited and sent out to you right away. If you received medication that is warm or if the ice packs have melted during transit, rest assured, your medication remains safe and effective even if exposed to warm conditions during shipping. Studies have shown that compounded GLP-1 medication injections typically remain stable when exposed to temperatures as high as 104°F (40°C) for up to seven days. All I did was look at their website and fill…
All I did was look at the site and fill out the form. Next thing I know I’m looking at my credit card statement and I see a charge of $297 from 11/15 which is the date I filled out their form! I didn’t even speak with anyone nor did I give any health information! But you can bet the billed me! What the heck kind of scam is this company running here? I want my money back right now! And, I don’t ever want to hear their name again! Unbelievable!

We charge customers at the time of sending them a medical intake form for a few reasons. Mainly, if we did not charge you before your medical information was sent to the doctor, they could potentially send your prescription to the pharmacy without ever receiving payment. The medication always arrived on time
The medication always arrived on time. The customer service was friendly and helpful. You will experience side effects. Did you not increase your dose if you were experiencing side effects such as nausea diarrhea or constipation I walked about 4 miles a day. It took me four months to go from 175 to 1:37. Don’t expect to lose your fat. You’re gonna have to do that the gym but you will lose Bodyweight and fat some places, but not like if you have excess fat

Charge $100 more each month/ impossible to cancel
The first month of semaglutide is $297 but it goes up by $100 each month. That's ridiculous!! Then they won't allow you to delete your payment information or cancel your order online. You have to email them to cancel which is absurd. They give you the run around and make the cancelation process as difficult as possible. Don't use them!!

The pricing for the 3 month “lock in”…
The pricing for the 3 month “lock in” is VERY misleading. I’ll never use again.
