I have used Akiflow for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with their product, customer service, and constant updates. The software is easy to use and reliable, with countless features and integrations that help streamline my workflow.

This is the one piece of software that keeps me on track without feeling overwhelmed by tasks.

Akiflow is a great balance of speed and features. It never gets in the way and the upcoming view (lists) plus calendar is awesome. I set out to build a personal productivity tool because I was dissatisfied with so many others but Akiflow has everything I wanted.

I really love the ability to add a task with an email. That has always been my biggest issue - an email that need attention but gets lots in the flagging system. Akiflow keeps track of all my tasks and I can schedule it on my calendar or keep it in my to do list. I also enjoy the ease of adding items to Akiflow. It's easy and quick. The AI tool is extremely helpful when making bulk changes to my calendar. Also, customer service is very responsive.

Excellent application for improving productivity

I love Akiflow! It has a beautiful UI and the AI features like automatic project assignment and task scheduling make it next level.

Akiflow is by far the best productivity app I've used, and at the best price. I tried Todoist, TickTick, Motion.ai, and they all are great at one or two things but I Akiflow merges all of those things together and is excellent at all of them, and its easy to use. Apart from that, they give a lot of guidance on how to optimize your experience and use the tool most efficiently, plus support is very helpful! Special thanks to Peache for being so helpful!

Charged account without permission, refused to cancel & refund subscription. Accused me of using product when I don't even have an account. Poor customer service, unethical practice, do not recommend. 6/22/26: You participate in predatory practices, have contradicted yourselves via email, and have refused to resolve the issue. I will no longer communicate with Aliflow. I will use the evidence via our email exchanges to substantiate the dispute of this charge and will use any platform I can access to share my poor experience with others so they can avoid this hassle and headache.
