As a professional musician with an expansive portfolio of projects Akiflow has been my lifeline for managing my time and busy schedule. The application itself is intuitive, and having access to everything everywhere I go makes my life so much easier! Their customer service team has been amazing, they respond quickly, are friendly and go above and beyond to help users.

Peache was helpful and fast to resolve my billing query. Love the product and works amazing for task management - and is one of few software not trying to take over the world! Stick to best in market at task management.

Great customer service. E-Mailed them about a student discount, got it within the hour, absolutely no hassle. Rarely had a company respond that quickly and effortlessly, props.

I've worked with many of these task-calendar apps, but Akiflow is head and shoulders above the others. Easy to use - you don't learn a new system, you just start using it. Intuitive, reliable, simple design, no unnecessary features... I don't have a single complaint.

Great tool for task management. Syncs with many email accounts, calendars and other project management like Asana or Notion, so you keep everything in the same place. Amazing customer experience. Peach, from onboarding, was lovely and very helpful.

Akiflow has totally changed how I work!! I absolutely love it - before I had tried a bunch of different apps that were good but never quite what I needed and I was in desperate need to find something that could connect with my other software AND have one place to organize my tasks. The relief of having everything there and not floating around on different softwares or in my already very busy head has really made managing work and life so much easier. I cannot recommend Akiflow enough!! Their support team is also incredible, truly truly amazing - special shoutout to Peache Torren for helping me with such kindness recently, it's truly so wonderful. If you're on the fence, take the leap!!

It's a real GAME-CHANGER FOR ME!! In terms of beingn able to organize and get things done, I am SUPER impressed. It helps someone like me stay focused, when I have a million and one things to tackle, but get analysis paralysis, it helps to recenter and refocus me. I love AKIFLOW!
