AkiflowReviews of akiflow.com

Peache helped me allot with tips and features of this program, truely time saving and handy!

I work on my own, I have no team and akiflow really works as my personal assistant. It keeps track of every single task and project, it's easy to use and to set. The one thing I'd love to have is a connection to Claude, because that my main tool and if I could have both working togheter, everything would be awesome.

Akiflow is outstanding - 100% the best personal productivity tool I've used (vs Asana, Trello, Sunsama, etc.) I get so much more done now that I can block out proper focus time. Everything comes into my Akiflow, from email stars, CRM, Claude AI and ad-hoc.

Daily ritual is very useful for me. Also, I'm very happy with slack connector.

Big fan of Akiflow, the way it structures events from multiple calendars, tasks, and time blocking just makes sense! Their recent additions of MCP server, subtasks and auto-organise have all hit the nail on the head. Thanks Peache Torren for enabling access, responding quickly to my support ticket :-)

The app to rule all apps.... and just had the best update - MCP! Peache Torren is the best - sorted everything out for me via the in app help chat. Thank you, Peache!

I'm a systems integrator, so I'm not easy on tools by default — I spend my days seeing where apps break, where integrations leak, and where the "seamless" marketing falls apart in practice. Akiflow holds up. The integrations actually work the way they should. Pulling tasks and events in from different sources into one command center is exactly the kind of thing that's usually half-baked elsewhere, and here it's clean and reliable. The keyboard-first workflow and command bar are fast enough that the app gets out of my way instead of becoming another thing to manage. No flaky syncs, no duplicate noise, no fighting the UI. If I keep an app in my own stack, that's the highest endorsement I can give — and Akiflow earned it. Recommended.

I love AkiFlow, it is a very intuitive task manager with nice design and workflows
