Peache from the Akiflow team helped me out very well, their customer service is really on-point! The only complaint I have is that simple features like showing which list a task belongs to in the calendar view for Clickup are not implemented, even if they're clearly just showing one more label. I have been an Akiflow user for a few months now and continue to be impressed with the tool and the team behind it. It's a very solid time-blocking/daily planning tool that can integrate with your Gmail, Slack, Notion and funnel in all of those requests you get across those channels into one place. What has made me stay with Akiflow is 1) their constant updates, feels like they are releasing small things every few weeks and 2) their amazing customer success team. They really make sure that you are onboarded correctly by offering free 1 on 1 sessions and then even after that, they give access to their Slack group. Within the Slack group, the Akiflow team is very active. I have been particularly helped and impressed with Jayrich, who takes the time to manage the variety of Slack channels and get back to the threads in a timely manner. Overall, Akiflow is an outstanding tool, but their customer success just makes it a whole lot better!

Great for planning and scheduling. Still getting there in terms of apps and software quality, but it does deliver everything it promises, and AI integration is actually useful for once.

Great task manager at a solid price point I just started my own business and it's been great to be able to connect tasks from different sources all into akiflow. It gives me the confidence that tasks won't get missed! There are definitely some little bugs here & there but the support team has been quick to respond and helping me sort these out. Special shoutout to Jayrich for helping me with an issue creating events

I bought the yearly plan and I had my first onboarding call with Cecile. She helped me with my questions and the support overcome my expectation. High recommend Amiflow, specially because they implement constantly little things based on clients requests. I love that !
