I've used ClickUp, Notion, Todoist, Motion and Asana, and Akiflow is the best of them by a clear margin. Task management is clean and simple in a way the others never quite managed. Being able to connect multiple calendars is what makes it work for me. I keep personal, work and family calendars side by side with my tasks, and the daily, weekly and monthly views give me the overview I need instantly. Time blocking for my daily planning ritual has changed how I plan my week. What really sets Akiflow apart is the team behind it. I had an issue with how tasks were syncing with iCloud Calendar, and within a day or two of contacting support they had pushed an update that fixed it. That's not a one-off: they keep delivering on feature requests, and the pace has picked up noticeably. The product keeps evolving and maturing, and you feel like you're helping shape it rather than just using it. The overall experience is fantastic. If you're serious about managing your priorities and getting work done, I can't recommend Akiflow highly enough.

I had a tricky issue connecting Akiflow with ChatGPT, and the support team was wonderful throughout the process. Chat was having plugin issues at the time, so that was the root cause. Peache was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find a solution. Even though the issue took some time to resolve, I always felt heard and supported. Once we found the workaround, they also shared my findings with their team to help other users avoid the same problem. I've been using Akiflow since 2023, and it's become a natural part of my daily routine. Akiflow's onboarding process is the best! Peache was a total rockstar!!! She was super super patient with me. She spent time to listen and understand my needs and explained Akiflow following the context of my work. Just an hour after our onboarding, I have my whole week organized with tasks and meetings across multiple calendars. I would recommend Akiflow (and Peache!) to anybody who needs to organize their life!
