AliFlow is an absolute lifesaver for professional adults with ADHD. I work from home and time and task management is so hard for me when I get hyper focused. AkiFlow solves almost all of my problems with an integrated calendar for all of my calendars, task lists, reminders and a visual interface that keeps me focused and coming back. Further, their customer service is exceptional! Thank you, AkiFlow!

I've been trying a TON of to-do apps and project management tools to sort out my messy life with my AD/HD brain. Nothing ever sticks. Except for Akiflow. No doubt the best (and ONLY) software that's ever worked for me. I love the integrations to different tools, the AI-capabilities that work as "remote assistants", bugging me with JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT of notifications. A HUGE thanks to Peache who helped me through this entire trial and provided great customer service! You're awesome.

I have had the same experience as others regarding their predatory billing practices. I hardly used the product and after the trial was charged but then offered no refund and deleted my account. However, a year later, having received no reminders or other comms from them I was dismayed to see another annual charge of $228 on my account. No invoice or anything has been sent, just a charge on my account. I've reached out to them and been told they don't offer refunds. This is the worst SaaS company I have ever dealt with and I hope people steer clear of a company that has zero ethics.

Akiflow is pretty amazing! The system is beautiful and an amazing way to bring all my apps to one place. I can even manage my personal items which is a major win for my productivity. I am looking forward to using this more with my Linear workflow.

I am extremely disappointed with Akiflow’s predatory billing practices. I signed up for a 7-day trial and used the app for less than 24 hours. Since then, I have not logged in or used the service even once. On April 1st, I was hit with a massive SGD 182.55 (USD 136.80) annual charge without receiving any clear reminder email (not even in spam). When I contacted support immediately, a representative named Peache flatly denied my refund request, citing "policy" despite my zero activity. Charging a user over $130 for a service they clearly don't use is not "good business"—it's a trap.
