Great tool with UI/UX. A lot of connected services makes the system even better

I’ve been using Akiflow for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. Having my tasks, calendar and meetings all in one place has saved me a ton of time, and honestly it’s the first tool that’s made me feel properly on top of my day instead of constantly catching up. Setup was quick and easy, and the daily planning view has basically become part of my morning routine now. Would definitely recommend it if you’ve got a lot going on and need one place to manage it all.

Akiflow is a fantastic tool that has greatly improved my productivity. The interface is intuitive, the features are thoughtfully designed, and the team regularly adds useful updates. I especially appreciate being able to bring in tasks from other tools I use, such as Asana, Gmail, and Todoist.

It's the best Planning tool I've ever used. Imo only Sunsama might be a competitor, depending on what kind of service you prefer.

For example, I have historically needed to manage JIRA, meeting notes, and various items in Notion concurrently. The utilization of a tool such as Akiflow has significantly reduced the time I spend on these tasks to only a few minutes each day. While it has not directly enabled me to complete the tasks themselves, it has certainly enhanced my ability to identify and prioritize my responsibilities. Consequently, this represents the highest form of commendation I can offer for any tool or solution.
