Unfortunately once we have shipped an item the transit time depends on the chosen carrier, in this case the USPS. TERRIBLE service
Item was shown in stock. Paid for 2 day delivery. 2 days later I had to contact and find out after SEVERAL phone calls that it was in fact out of stock. Terrible website and even worse customer service.

Minor issues with product description, customer service resolved the issue.
Had some issues with an inaccurate description on a boneyard item that was supposed to come with a magazine that didn't. After working with their customer service for a couple days they agreed to send me a replacement. Overall not a perfect experience, but I'm satisfied with the result.

Great Company
Now that the conversion is complete - I am very happy with the timing and speed of Air Splat. They've added more shipping options, and are very prompt on their delivery. I've had an account with Airsplat for several years now, and was ancy with the change of ownership and how it would effect my account. So far I am very happy with the changes.

getting better
A couple years ago I ordered a new gun from the and they sent me a used one. Then refused to give me a refund so I decided to no longer order from them. A couple weeks ago they were the only people that carried what I needed so I bit the bullet and ordered a bucking and boneyard pistol from them. I received a boneyard pistol and a ak nozzle because the bucking I ordered was out of stock. After calling they refunded my money. I would've much rather gotten an email about the out of stock product but they handled the issue quickly so no major complaints.

fantastic company to work with
i've purchased from airsplat several times. their product descriptions match exactly what i've received. shipping and delivery are excellent. they're definitely my first go to when i need to research and purchase airsoft supplies. i highly recommend their site.
