First off, Airsoft Megastore has an excellent stock of quality items, and some of the lowest prices on the market. I was very impressed not only with they're wide selection, but the affordability of it all. Once I had chosen my items and gone through checkout, I received an order confirmation, but no shipping conformation. I waited almost a full 24 hours before i received a polite email from customer service, saying one of the items I wanted was no longer in stock, and apologized for the lateness in getting back to me. They said that I could either wait for my item to be shipped later, and have the rest shipped now, cancel the purchase of said item, or replace it with something else. I told them exactly what I wanted to replace it with, and within a few hours they had thanked me for my patience and my order was shipped. Top notch service.

They used to be really, really good but that has changed. Bought from them the end of October 2014. Had a problem with the product and wrote the company. No response. Wrote them again, no response. After about 4 emails I posted on Facebook asking why their customer service was having issues. I got an email from someone named Ross Collins who assured me they were aware of the problems and he would make sure they sent me a replacement. So a few weeks go by and NOTHING, not a single thing so I wrote Ross again. No response. Wrote him again, no response. After 4 tries and several more emails sent to customer service they have not responded to a single one of them. So I have a defective product, am out the money, and their customer service sucks. I now spend time posting on sites and Facebook warning people to avoid them and suggesting Evike, Airsoft GI, or a airsoft Station which so far have all been quite good with their prices, shipping, and customer service. I just hope this helps some of you save your money. While I am fortunate and the $100.00 defective product isn't that big of an issue, it just might be for someone else. Be safe, have fun, and don't waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered on Dec 5th.Sent an email asking about the status on the 8th. Got an email on the 10th saying it had shipped on the 9th. They lied. A label didn't even get created until the 13th and the package didn't ship until the 16th. I asked on the 13th for the order to be cancelled. They didn't bother to respond until the 16th after it shipped. They agreed to give me a full refund if I contacted them when the packages arrived and didn't open it. I contacted them immediately when I got the package on the 19th. No response. I've emailed them multiple times since then (it's now Jan. 6th), and they haven't responded to a single one. I've posted on their Facebook page and also not gotten a response. This company does not stand by their policies and they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy from them!

Ordered what I would call an expensive gun. A DBoy Reece full Metal rifle. .. stock was loose. Husband tightened it up and noticed wrong battery was with it. Called company and they said they would send correct battery and not to worry about sending back the wrong one. I thought to myself...wow they are willing to help...but.....still have not received it. Also the bi-pod had no where to mount it. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.

They ship empty boxes. Have you ever received an item and the box was empty. Me neither until I bought an airsoft gun from Airsoft Megastore. When I called them they refused to take responsibility. My son and I bought three guns from air soft Megastore. When the package arrived we opened it and found all three boxes for the guns. Two of the boxes were unopened and still wrapped in cellophane and contained their gun but the third box was opened and empty, the gun was missing as well as a couple accessories for the gun. They would do nothing about it. They even suggested that the loss of the product was some how my fault. I receive an empty box in the mail and it's my fault...right??? I am a fan of AirSoft because the site is easy to navigate and find great products on bargain prices. Sale section can save you a lot of money. Armory Backpack is one of my best purchases. Absolutely a best value deal! Delivery (at least in LA) was fast.

i had a decent experience with airsoft mega store a couple years ago. recently i decided to try them again with a much larger purchase. i called up their service reps and spoke to a very good rep who knew what she was talkin about, and ordered up 3 airsoft guns for my nephews. they shipped the order same day and it got to me in 2 days since i'm in AZ and their in CA, but still, thats pretty fast. this store is legit, and their customer service is helpful too. buy your airsoft here.

There are only a fwe good airsoft retailers out there and megastore is definitely one of them. I would choose them over any other airsoft store simply cause of their excellent service and prices. As a parent, I was a little skeptical about letting my sons play "airsoft wars" but airsoft megastore's support team has always been quick to help me find the appropriate guns. We'll continue shopping here as they are the only online airsoft store with such a good reputation and friendly service.
