Airsoft MegastoreReviews of airsoftmegastore.com

This is my second review for Airsoft Megastore. I don't know why they are getting so many negative reviews here. I have bought from them since November of 2025, and I placed since then 6 orders last being a 5-5-2026 and received my confirmation of the order right away and a few days later the shipping info and I got my rifle 5-13-2026 in great condition and boxing. Now they did charge me a small shipping fee which I care less about cause their price was $103.00 cheaper which was great. On a lot of their items, they are cheaper. Somehow, I get the feeling other airsoft companies, or their clients are giving this store a bad rep as for me I will continue to check their prices and buy from them.

I bought a lct drum mag and it came in the mail quick and not broken so I was happy I guess all the bag reviews are just unlucky people

It was great easy to buy but the only problem is The customer service takes about 2-3 days to get received but everything else was fine.

Im not sure why everyone is having problems with CS, i made a mistake on my order and called them up, the man who answered greeted me nicely and got my order edited and done within 3 minutes and no problems!

First time ordering. Got my airguns in time with no problems. Will be ordering again.

I had a great response time to my questions and very helpful information given to me by the support team. I have purchased products based on this great showing of the customer service they provide.

Perfect place to buy an air gun! Seriously. Prices are great compared to others.

First time I went and approached this megastore through calling from overseas, I told them upfront I was expecting not buy anything, but wanted to learn more about teching and how i know what parts i need. I told Rommel I already had won a raffle v12 engine first time playing. The staff took time out of selling and they stayed on the phone with me (even though there were 'real ' customers) to walk me through the basics. I then called back from overseas and placed a order. I bought a 16" outer barrel gun with all its outer casing components. Now i can get my 455mm inner barrel inside without using a wobbly compensator. Shipping and everything was all super good price and they take good care of their customers. Probably the best place to shop and talk, i wish to go visit them soon. They have a huge selection of product to look at and buy. The staff are nice with a great personality. Best airsoft store in the world to buy specially with overseas discount shipping prices.
