Very few parking spaces; most spaces reserved for monthly patrons. Parking spaces, if available, are so small that you would have to park too close to adjacent car and difficult to get out.

Shuttle buses go pretty regularly, seldom wait more than 10 minutes. The elevators in their parking structure on the pick-up side have been out of order for months, though.

Elevators at end of garage by airport bus did not work - on arrival on 2/23 and 10 days later on 3/4. What a pain to drag suitcases around garage to other end or use stairs! Two empty buses went by airport pickup area really quickly with drivers not even looking in my direction. 3rd bus stopped -- so pickup wait was about 20 min. Great coupon price

I have been parking at airport center for several years and love the location. However, of recent the main elevator has been out of service for some time and walking down several flights of steps with luggage is not always an option. Of course, one can walk to the other end of the parking garage and take 2 separate elevators down or take 1 elevator to the second floor and then walk down steps to the first. Then backtrack the distance of the garage to get to the shuttle. All of this does add extra time and is inconvenient. So, although I have stuck with airport center, hoping that the elevators would be operating by my next trip, if they aren't, I will probably move to another parking garage.

We are looking at alternative parking near the airport because for the past months the elevator is not working. The second elevator is also having issues so will we have to carry our luggage 5 flights of stairs?
