Signs are nowhere to be found at this facility and the one we did find, is handwritten. Elevators were either broke or you can't use if not a premium user. Exit signs are not clearly marked for exiting the building. After arriving back to the airport, the shuttle did not stop and pick us up even though we were in the shuttle zone. There is so much wrong with this facility, we won't be back.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I left my car their for one week with no problems and great price.

Great shuttle service but elevator out of order again - we used parking service In December and it was down then too.

the worse customer service elevator broken waited 1/2 hours or more for the bus to pick me up at the airport and then received no help with my luggage. The drivers tip went right back into my pocket. I am not to sure if I will ever use your parking structure again. I have been a customer for years but things have deteriorated.

I made a reservation and paid for 2/23 to 3/5 on 2/22($7.95 a note) When I went to check out my reservation was not honored and my credit card was charged again for double the price of my reservation. I'm checking my credit card statement to see if there were 2 charges. If so I expect a refund for the $182 I was charged the second time. Dennis 720-809-5224

We had no problems using Airport Center parking. I learned when we got there that I had to park on floor 4 or higher in their garage. Not a big deal until I found out their elevators were out of service. The shuttle van left promptly after we were ready to go to the airport and using their messaging system on arrival, we had practically no wait for a pick up van when we returned. We'd definitely use this parking facility again.

We reserved on line for three days, but came back early due to emergency. The attendant insisted on charging for all three days! Also, the elevator didn't work; so, we had to use the stairs. Lastly, though had a reservation, it took over a half hour to find a parking space.

This was the first time that I had used this offsite parking. I found it to be really close to the airport and the shuttle was on time for my departure. My only complaints were the elevator was down on one side of the parking lot and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Also they didn't inform me on my arrival back to LAX that pickups are now on the upper deck where departures go out. These were minor hiccups and the shuttle was quick once I realized where I needed to be to catch it. I will be using this garage again.....:)
