Would have made my travel a little bit …
Would have made my travel a little bit easier if both elevators in the parking garage were working. After a long weekend and getting in late, hauling my suitcase up the stairs was a disappointment

Please fix the west side elevators
Please fix the west side elevators! This is a major pain and will force me to park elsewhere. It's been months!

Have used facility twice in Jan and Feb …
Have used facility twice in Jan and Feb 2017. Closest elevator to pick-up/drop off location was not in service. Alternate elevator not very convenient. Will use facility again soon. If, elevator again is not operating, will look for another parking service.

I would give more stars
I would give more stars. Everything is pretty good about here: price, convenience, timeliness of shuttles, courteous staff. But the elevators closest to shuttle waiting area being broken for months now is incredibly inconvenient. Especially when you're lugging a bunch of bags and luggage.

Make a reservation for huge discounts
Make a reservation and you will get huge discounts. Shuttle service is quick and the two drivers were very nice. When picking up at the airport, make sure you flag them down.
