Our driver (a woman) was amazing! Suuuuper friendly, talked to everyone, asked if temp in shuttle was cool enough, picked up as many ppl as she could, helped with bags. Man in golf cart in garage also helped us. Fast service too!

This was always my go to parking garage on my long trips for 20 years. Not anymore! The elevator has been broken for over a year and you need to walk to an adjacent parking structure to take the Marriott parking elevator. Once down you need to walk a long distance to board the bus to the airport. You need to add 30 minutes extra to get to your gate on time. Plus, they discontinued the AAA discount . Most of the parking spaces are for compact cars, so the big cars take up two spaces. This is the worst managed parking structure I have experienced. It use to be so convenient and easy!!! Not!!!! Going to move to another garage.

Love the location, the team is fast on transporting passenger to the right terminal. loves the services. Only if we can still be pick up from arrival level, seems like the new policy at LAX is not very efficient.

Sam
On my last visit (week in between drop off and pickup), the elevators serving the garage were inoperable. Thankfully I had allowed enough time for airport delays that it did not hinder catching my flight. Upon return, it took several attempts to text for pickup (seemed to go in a do loop with no confirmation of whether anyone got the text). Elevators were still out upon return.
Response from Airport CenterApr 6, 2017
Hi Sam, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize the elevators have been down for quite some time. We are currently getting new elevators installed to resolve the ongoing elevator issues. In regards to your text confirmation, they go directly to our dispatcher. We will make sure the confirmation is being sent out. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager
