The drop off is always quick but pick up times are slow. We see so many other parking lot shuttles come by us sometimes even see them 2-3 times before our shuttle comes. Great pricing just leave yourself extra time when returning to your car!

Not what it once was. The elevators were not working and I had to walk with all my luggage to the other end of the block-long structure. When I got back a week later the elevators were still not working. They no longer accept AAA for a discount. And the buses ruin much more infrequently than before. Not coming back.

Best place to park at airport. But they should get the elevators fixed so ypu don't have to walk down stairs from the 5th floor.

Non functional elevator continues to be an issue at this parking structure. This elevator has been in this state since October 2016 with continued promises to repair. Still not working at the end of March 2017. Very unlikely that we will use this facility again.
