Hard to find parking. The parking spaces are really small. People take two parking spaces to park. Other than this it is good. Just need to bring a small car. Transportation to and from airport is good.

The garage was easy to find. The shuttles were frequent (though not as frequent as some of the other services.) The overall process was simple to follow. The only negative was confusion over which elevator(s) to use in the parking garage.

Been parking there for years…will continue to. Covered parking is great, and the price is very reasonable. Wish you would fix the elevators, though… Sometimes there's a long wait for a shuttle… The recent change to dropping off and picking up on the upper level is idiotic. The drivers aren't happy about it, either… Thanks...

Great service! Close to LAX, very easy to access and simple process. The only thing i would suggest would be to have more information posted in their website.

very good service! I'll park there again, but please fix the elevators on the west side. Hoping they're all operational next time I come. Thanks!

The elevator has been broken for over six months!!! It's ridiculous to expect travelers to lug baggage down multiple flights of stairs or use the other elevators that are super far away from where you need to pick up the shuttle. I used to love this parking garage but since the operators are not making the elevator repairs a priority, I can no longer recommend this place. It's too much of a hassle...

The only downside is the west elevator not working and have to use the east elevator that is on the opposite side of the structure away from the shuttle.

Elevators closest to the van transfer location were out of service during the entire time of my parking at Airport Center 3-3 thru 3-11-17. I was told they were supposedly repaired but still not working. Had to use the elevators at the opposite end. Then needed to walk down a flight of stairs carrying my 40lbs of luggage. Not the easiest for a 70 year old with bad knees. On my return, very late on 3-11, another guest and I were given a golf cart ride to our cars. That was a very nice service on the part of the attendant. My rating would be lower otherwise.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize the elevators have been down for quite some time. We are currently getting new elevators installed to resolve the ongoing elevator issues. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business. We hope to see you again soon. Thank you. Michael Hibbert General Manager
