* HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ** Poor quality items. Unprofessional customer service. Ordered and paid for three item and received no shipping update for two weeks. Emailed for status only to be told a "glitch" in the system didn't process my order but they DID manage to charge my CC. Printing on pouches is poor quality and blurry and rep said she checked with warehouse and they stated it met its "standards." Additionally, numerous loose strings impeding the zippers on 3 of the 4 bags and had to cut them off just to close the pouches. Offered me a $5 gift card - no refund - and left with no choice but to use on yet another purchase; a glasses case that will not zip closed with only two glasses cases in it despite buying the second largest pouch available. No size references or images on the website to help determine which size pouch would work best. After several back and forth emails, was able to get on a call with a rep that advised she agreed with my frustration and offered to replace all four pouches. Then she follows up two days later RESCINDING that offer and telling me I have to pay to return the items at MY cost for a refund. What a joke of a company!! One and done customer here, buyer beware. Buy anywhere else but here.

Hi David, We are sorry you didn't like our product. Please note that the bag's specification as per the material and size of it can be verified on the product page. Also, note that you have not received a deffective item, so if we send you a replacement, you might not like it either, so we are offering you a refund for the items. But in order to proceed with the refund process, we need the items to be sent back to us. Best regards!

Never arrived... dont know which carrier you work with in Portugal but its not normal for an item to be sent back just because the person isnt home. People work! Its pretty normal for people not to be home at 10 am... usually there s a note for me to pick up the items ordered at the post or at a pick up point for the delivery company... i have made tons of orders before! First time this ever happens to me! Its not the local post office...

Hi Kuki, Thank you for your review! We are sorry that the post office has failed to deliver your package and follow the correct procedure. We use the local post office to deliver our products. Please note that even though the post office failed to deliver your parcel, our customer service has supported you. We have received your returning package, and our customer service has already issued you a full refund. Once again, we are sorry that the carrier has failed to deliver your parcel, and if you need any further assistance with this order or any future one, our customer service team will be glad to help you. Best regards, Allan

We ordered a t-shirt, mug, watch band and cell phone case at the beginning of December. Almost 2 1/2 months later we have received items. The watch band is cheap looking and can’t be used, as it’s missing one of the mounting attachments to attach it to my Apple Watch. The T-shirt seems to be a decent quality and hubby was pleased with it. The “jet fuel”mug is cheap looking, and at $25, I expected it to be Made in the USA not China! The phone case that was sent was the wrong size, so who knows if we’ll see the replacement before Easter. All in all, a very disappointing experience dealing with the back and forth emails with customer service and the excuses. Won’t be buying from them again, which is unfortunate, as many airline friends will be retiring soon, it would’ve made for some fun gifts.

The goods have still not arrived since the order end October for a Christmas present. I still have my doubts as to whether they are legit? After many cut and paste emails, I received a mail after three months saying that they would send a replacement. However, I have emailed a few times to get a tracking number, but my emails are ignored. Is this a genuine operation, because the service is really poor, and I am not holding my breath, as I think that I have been scammed.

Hi Sean, We have experienced some delays with South Africa that's why we have to wait a bit more to take any further action. As per our reply time, we had a covid outbreak on our CS department which lead to an backlog of e-mails, but I saw that they have already replied you, and your free replacement has being shipped as well. Best regards

In a situation where Airportag messes up on on order (doesn't fulfill all of the items) they really drop the ball in making good on completing it. I also notice that although the packaging is nice for the luggage tags, there's no rhyme or reason as to what they package together, making it very difficult to determine if your order was properly fulfilled. On top of that, in order to determine if your order is complete (mine was not) one has to open every single package. Airportag has created a clever "return" policy: "All products must be returned with original packaging intact and in original condition." Because of the way Airport tag ships items it is impossible to leave the package intact. Clever game they play there. Their designs are clever... their customer service is not.

Hi there, As we can't see your order number or find it by your name, I will help you with your question here. You might have received different packages because we use more than one warehouse to produce our products and expedite the shipping they are sent as the warehouse fulfills the order. I don't know if you have reached our Customer Service department, but they can help you with all the related difficulties. For example, they could easily give you the tracking number for each package and advise the content. Please note that when we refer to the packaging contact, we refer to the package of the product itself, not the shipping package. Please if you didn't reach us yet our Customer Service department will be glad to help you at the e-mail [email protected]. Have a lovely day and happy holidays!

If you live in Europe DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ve had the worst experience ever. I placed an order to them in early September and still no sign of them. Just STAY AWAY. The worst business I know. :(

Hi Ariadni, As our Customer Services department has informed, you haven't received your order because it is with your local customs and they require payment of a fee to process it. Any international shipment is subject to customs fees. They are stipulated by the destination country's authorities, according to its policy. Once you pay the fee, your package will be processed through customs, and you will receive it. If you refuse to pay for it, the parcel will be sent back to us, and as soon as we receive it, we will provide a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I placed an order on August 22nd and still not have received it. Their customer service sucks, if you can even get ahold of them. Totally a scam company and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
