Ordered a customized phone case. 46 bucks, but I have several Apple cases that cost as much, so I figured why not? When the item hadn’t shipped two weeks later, I contacted customer service who refused to tell me if/when the item would ship. It eventually arrived, and this 46 dollar case is made of the thinnest, flimsiest plastic imaginable. The kind of case I wouldn’t pay five bucks for. What an overpriced scam. Never again.

I ordered an Apple Watch band. It started coming a part 2 weeks after I got it. Long story short. I still haven’t received the replacement and have now asked for a refund.

I order a gift on December 17. After allowing several weeks due to a busy holiday season, I emailed back on January 4, inquiring when I would be receiving the order. I received an email back stating they could not ship due to problems with the address. I put a pause on cancelling my order to give the company another shot to send my gift. I sent an email with the updated address after they requested it. I never heard back. On January 11, I emailed back again asking if the item had been shipped. Still no reply. Emailed to a generic help email. The response was they weren't receiving my emails...even though they were when I emailed the generic help email. Cancelled my order after two attempts of not getting my gift. Will not be shopping with this company again.

Ordered an item end Nov. 3 Dec I received shipping info. As with everyone else the item was never shipped. They continuously lied and said that it was delayed by UPS due to Covid. They said UPS was cutting corners (No other parcels by other shippers have ever been delayed by UPS) Customer service lied, messenger lied, emails all lied saying the item was with UPS. I contacted UPS and UPS confirmed the item was never handed over to UPS. All negative reviews were never published on Airportag website and I was blocked by them on social media. It is outrageous that they will blame their dishonestly on another company. *UPS should contact them to stop these false claims against UPS. I have been promised a refund but will not hold my breath- fool me once ..

They need to be reported. I ordered a T-shirt back in October, it has never been shipped and they told me to wait. They are now completely ignoring me and kept my money. I have no idea what to do from here, and they have stolen $54 from me.

I ordered something from this company on December 1st. As of Dec. 11th they had created a shipping label for the order, but USPS does not show the item as ever having been in their possession and the USPS status showed "Pre-Shipment." After multiple emails to Airportag's customer service they simply blame the USPS for not scanning the item and for the late delivery. In my many years of shipping with USPS and even during the past few months I have never seen an item not be scanned when picked up by the USPS and beyond that - go on to be delivered without being scanned. Airportag has failed to acknowledge this oddity, has doubled down on their story, and won't answer my questions directly. USPS tracking still shows the item in "Pre-Shipment." I can't in good conscience recommend this company and based on the reviews I'm reading here I'm doubting whether or not I'll see a refund without major hassle.

As fun as their merchandise is, I will never order from this company again. Their shipping is abysmal. Not only did I miss my shipping dates to California to send the gifts I ordered from them to my family, I am still waiting on one that I was told was shipped, but wasn't. They have been completely dishonest in their communications with me. I can't even return the merchandise now because they were custom orders. Buyer beware. This is a very dishonest company.

You never know how much you will end up paying for these goods. I was hit with import charges into the UK that they refuse to refund. Very expensive purchase and not worth the hassle.
