I want to choose my seats early but could not do so. All rest is fine on line.

Impossible to get a person on the phone. I called multiple times, waited on hold for an hour, and then the phone system said "we won't be able to help you" and hung up. There's no text or chat option, and there's no "give us your phone number and we'll call you back" option. They claim to offer Facebook Messenger, and messages there also go unanswered. Very disappointing customer service from Air France.
