Complete scam!! Have tried returning my product that DOES not work and they are not being compliant.

Thus company are scammers do not use

This company is a SCAM. They take your money and sell you a substandard product. No returns so you are stuck with a $100 piece of junk. Buyer run away. Fast.

I wanted to return this product. It does not tell a return policy. I tried to call them and phone number did not work. I emailed them and have not heard back. I just went on their website to contact them. Hopefully I will hear from them or will need to report fraud to my bank!

This was purchased as a present and arrived in a damaged box with scratch marks on the product, it is also of very poor quality aligning with something that could be purchased via Shein or similar. We can’t get the dryer to turn on at all (with any or all attachments) The item comes with a European wall plug and AUS adapter however doesn’t stay in the socket properly. I worry it could catch on fire if it actually worked!! Have been going back and forth for over a month now with 'Rizza' as the item arrived faulty. I have since spent $50 in shipping the item back from Aus to Belgium, however they have refused delivery. Their returns policy states they won't refund until the item is received, then they dont accept delivery & state it is 'still in transit'. A horrible business model with terrible customer service I have also tried to leave a review on their website multiple times however it seems to be getting deleted! I am yet to receive any email reply from 'Rizza' since I asked why they refused to accept delivery. Update: I have emailed since to try and get some sort of refund however their email is bouncing back & website seems to be disabled. Update 12.3.25: I have successfully emailed them back and forth a few times regarding my refund, apparently now their refund facility is down & they are unable to process any refunds!!

Airbrush sent a poor quality and faulty product to me in Australia. They assessed it as being faulty via photographs and promised a refund. They then required me to spend a further $50 to return the item to Belgium before processing the refund then declined to accept the package. They are now no longer responding to emails. This is clearly a scamming company.

Received the product late and purchased a replacement from another company. I received product and same day requested a return and was denied because they only accept returns if the product is broken. Poor communication for refund Policy! It should be evident on the top of the web page!

Do not purchase from this company. The Air Brush arrived with a cheap adapter ( I thought it was coming from Australia). The air brush did not work at all. I emailed and they asked me to send a video, which I did. I was told told to buy a new adapter 🥴 I said no, I wasn’t spending any more money on what looks like a very cheap plastic product, which probably does not comply with Australian standards. I asked for a refund, which they would not do. They actually asked me to send the faulty product to an address in Belgium. After emailing back and forth, and over 20 emails, they now no longer respond to emails. Basically this product is total rubbish, do not waste your money. Total scam!
