Trash product and won’t respond to two emails after two weeks

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell very cheap, very poorly made Chinese knockoffs that do not work for the intended purpose! Their fine print says that there is no return if the product is bought when on sale. THEY ARE ALWAYS ADVERTISED AS ON SALE! In fact, there are so many caveats in their warranty and return language that their products effectively have absolutely no warranty and they do not accept returns under any circumstances! They will not return email inquiries. They have no reviews on their website. There is no phone number. They ship out of a small warehouse in the Miami area. They are crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Airbrush scam This company’s product is the so-called 5-in-1 Airbrush which is advertised as an equivalent to the Dyson airwrap. Please don’t waste your money. This is a cheap, plastic set from China & looks like it should cost about £10, let alone £80. Their returns policy is not worth the paper it’s written on either. And they sent me two of the same attachments! Just to add insult to injury. I’m having terrible trouble trying to return this for a refund, so please don’t waste your money. I believe it is false advertising & a very sub-standard product. Avoid at all costs!!

So cheaply made, the product smells of burnt the minute you turn it on. Also it arrived with a European plug and an Australian adaptor, what the hell is that all about, it barely stays in the wall. The air wrap is so rubbish it just knots up your hair. The blow drying attachment is also a con and barely dries. I spent $150 on this piece of rubbish. Don’t waste your well earned money on some knock off chinese made trash. I’m so annoyed I fell for it

Took more than a month to receive the product, and it is the cheapest made product that barely blows any air. Tried to return and they refused. $100 wasted.

DO NOT EVEN waste your time! I placed my order in March, still have not received. The courier has lost the product and it’s been weeks trying to get a re ship or credit back to my payment. This is not American made and not dealing with anyone in the USA. I cannot get a strait answer on my product. It’s been almost 3 months

This product did not curl my hair at all! My hair is straight and fine and the ads indicated this product would work on all types of hair. I think the advertising was misleading. I would not recommend wasting your money. The customer service was terrible.

TOTAL SCAM Company!!! Do not buy from this company as their customer service is absolutely non-existent. I live in Australia and the electrical plug is not suitable, they send an adapter but the plug just constantly falls out making it a non-trustworthy device. I have emailed them several times asking for a refund, the first time they asked me to send video evidence of the issue, which I did, but then I do not get a response after trying many times to get a refund.
