DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is full of thieves. They claim easy return but nope. Their product didn’t heat enough to curl, I requested return within timeline, then they required additional steps and never returned my money and claimed I was out of timelines when their many many steps made it out of their timeline…. How convenient for them.

It’s a SCAM , plastic crap ! Don’t waste your money .

Bohužel neni přiložen český návod s tak nevím jak se třeba s nastavci na vlny pracuje. Chtěla jsem hned druhý den zboží vratit ,ale nevím komu. Fakturu žadnou nemám .

This used to be the best application, but it has lost many of the features that were once free. The makeup looks feature was one of its best tools, and now it can't be used because of supposed "network issues." There is no network issue—the feature has simply been removed or restricted.

This tool is pure junk. It is cheaply made, does not give you salon quality hair, and is a complete waste of money. My hair turned out more frizzy and unruly than ever before and I was highly disappointed. Don’t waste your money! I contacted the company and requested a refund for returning the product and they said they could only give me 20% of my next purchase! I will never buy anything from this company again, due to the poor quality. Horrible customer service. Horrible product.

Scam!!!!! They are even on watchdog👀

This tool is going to replace multiple tools! My hair looks amazing with it! Full shiny and so soft!

I love it. I just got a new short flipped up cut and these tools are perfect for styling it. The hair dryer doesn't get too hot, which I love!
