Came with a US plug. Nowhere in its description does it say that it’s would arrive with an adaptor for australian customers. Would not recommend and would go so far as to say I’ve been scammed. DO NOT BUY

So, I purchased one of these and NEVER RECEIVED IT.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the website claims 30 days risk free trial which isn't true. Mine has arrived with an American plug (I'm in Australia and bought off of an Australian site) so wanted to return after having it for 1 day. They have refused this as they say it isn't within their reasons to return. DO NOT BUY!!! I have since received a few phone calls and email from the company wanting me to edit my review offering a replacement once I do this. I have informed them that my review will not be updated until I receive a working product that I can actually review. I still have no trust in this company currently as nothing has been sent to me still and my first phone call was 8 days ago.

i ordered my airbrush from Airbrush au, ( purporting to be an Australian site). It arrives with an American plug. Everything else seemed to be in order but the 4th time I went to use it, i noticed that it had developed a crack in the shell of the dryer. I emailed the company and got " oh gosh i am so sorry that you didn't return it within 30 days" i replied that it was obviously a manufacturing error and their website clearly states a 2 year warrany period. Just received an email back saying any faults had to be sorted in the first 30 days. In the end I went to my bank, with evidence of these transactions and emails and received a charge back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

After parting with $150.00 for the hair-dryer, it was not delivered. I've sent countless emails all to no avail. They claim it was delivered and refused to help me further. I want a refund or a replacement but they flatly refuse. Instead they want me to chase it up through their delivery company aramex, which I've tried to do a few times but they don't respond. Woeful customer service. Buy at your own risk! I do not recommend this company!

Read the website before purchase and so tried to return this item as unwanted - for mothers day my daughter bought me something similar which I was unaware of. Total con artists!!! I have basically experienced the same as everyone on this site. Now going direct to my bank to get the item refunded. The position themselves as a UK company- they are NOT. And I would never have bought from US. Product is not as described. There are videos on their website which are entirely false. They refuse to accept refunds Do not buy.

Zurücksenden ist nicht vorgesehen. Alles Strategie. Update: nach mehrmaligem email Kontakt hat die Firma klar gemacht, dass sie keine Retouren annehmen. Ich würde dringend davon abraten den airbrush Föhn zu bestellen. Rückgabe unmöglich. Man bot mir 15 Prozent Rabatt an. Update no2: es wird keine Retour und Rückerstattung geben. Mir worden 15 % der Kaufpreises zurückerstattet. Immerhin.
