Do not order! I had the same issues as everyone else. They should not be allowed to advertise. My product arrived. It is lousy and no one from customer service has replied about a return.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Is cheap and doesn't work. Company is dodgy and does not respond. I received an electric shock from the product so it is also dangerous.

Disgraceful company and total scam. They dont do refunds and never reply to emails ever. I’ve been having an on going battle for nearly two months. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace and their products also. I would NEVER buy from them again. Spent so much in this product and totally regret it. Disgusting. BEWARE ALL.

Total SCAM, was not sent the actual Airbrush product, it's some cheap, junk fake product from China. Don't order, they won't let you return and the won't give you credit back. I'm going to write bad reviews every place I can.

I wish I could give zero stars... I ordered the Airbrush 5in1 dryer for my wife as a Christmas present. I found it on Amazon for less but the delivery date was after christmas so i looked directly on the company's site. They said delivery should be before christmas. So I ordered it. it did not come in time and any of the tracking links (From China) did not have any good info. I reached out to customer service, 2 days later I did get a response and a new tracking service. It came 4-5 days late. Now, my wife did try it out and it did not perform well on her thick hair. I reached out to customer service to return it and was told that they only accept returns on defective products. It may not be defective mechanically, but I do consider this product defective in that it does not dry hair well. They have NO satisfaction guarantee. If I had ordered it on Amazon I could return it NP. I would strongly recommend that you do not order this product unless you know you will be satisfied.

Same as other reviewers here. Purchased this and realized it is a scam. The product is total garbage and does not come close to providing it's intended function. They refuse to offer refunds. Garbage company and product!!

I wish I could give zero stars. It’s a garbage product and it is impossible to return. This company is a total scam ! Do not buy !!!!!!! They give you a total run around and tell you they will refund you 20% as good will and then say you have to mail it to Belgium at your expense for a refund. The unit itself is a total joke, does not work ! I repeat … do not buy

I ordered the 5 in 1 airbrush and tracked the order which said it had been delivered on 22.12.24 but I NEVER received the order. They want me to pay more money to get another delivery and even offered 30% off if I ordered a replacement item. I’ve been scammed. NEVER order from Airbrush Beauty. It’s a SCAM. If I am wrong and I do get a refund I will retract this review
