DO NOT BUY - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM This company gives the impression they are an Australian company. The product doesn't come with an Australian power plug which is not disclosed anywhere on their shop or website and when you ask for a refund they will not give one. They say they have a 30 day no risk trial as well, however they have written the conditions such that you cannot do that either. They send an order confirmation with no address, and definitely no ABN. Who knows if the product even meets Australian safety standards, I actually doubt it does.

I purchased this product not knowing that it didn’t comply with Australian Safety Standards as it doesn’t have an Australian plug, however they did supply a very cheap adapter. Nowhere on the website does it state that an adapter is required as had I had know I would not have made the purchase. They are now no longer responding to my emails and won’t provide a refund. It is a Scam, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Total scam!! Do not buy this item!! It is not good quality and a waste of money. I have emailed the company several times and they are ignoring my request for a refund!!

I believed I was buying a product that was compatible with our electrical power sources only to receive an inferior product that requires an adapter. This product is below Australian Safety Standards as the electrical point does not even fit snug or safely exposing major safety risks. Customer Service are disregarding my concerns and request for a refund. I have never experienced such poor customer service and am extremely disappointed with the product provided.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!!!! Abartig mies!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! It's a CHEAP product. I should have known!!! Lesson learned. Do not order from this company!!! I am reporting to BBB probably nothing they can do but nothing to lose. Buyer beware!!!

I saw these reviews after purchasing so immediately regretted buying it. I had my package returned to sender multiple times before it even left the country of origin (China). Once the product arrived it was faulty and did not work. The company was very slow to reply to emails (if at all). They were not helpful and ignored all genuine questions or requests from me including after providing video evidence of the faulty product. This business will do anything to avoid giving refunds! Buyer beware!!!

This company doesn’t give refunds which is disgraceful. The product took more than 2 weeks to arrive so too late to give as a gift for Christmas. Their customer service is appalling. Do not buy from them. Does anyone know how to progress a refund from them?
