Airbrush BeautyReviews of airbrush-beauty.com

Video / foto van product matcht niet wat je krijgt. Lukt niet om geld terug te krijgen, mag alleen als iets stuk is. Alhoewel ik me afvraag of je dan wel mag retourneren. Oplichters! Niet bij kopen.

This product is complete garbage! Do not waste your money. I contacted them immediately about returning & they will NOT allow you to return if you are unsatisfied. Now they have contacted me to refund me $30 to remove my negative review. Buyer Beware!!!

Absolute scam. Product is rubbish and the AU plug is useless. Customer service is no existent. I have send multiple emails and no reply. Don’t waste ur money as the product is cheap and does not do what they advertise.

Complete rip off. Arrived with the incorrect plug for Australia and an adapter to use, which kept falling out. Just one speed not 3 as shown. No response at all to my emails of complaint and request for a refund. Do not buy this product!!

WASTE OF MONEY. I bought this for myself after their social media campaigns. I finally used the product and it firstly doesn’t hold thick hair, it also reeks of burning! I have emailed for a refund and questioned where to send back to (Cost $150 AUD) and no one responds! Going to report to Consumer Complaints as the product is cheap, flimsy plastic. Wouldn’t pay $10 for in all honesty as it doesn’t even dry my hair fast!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Great advertising, great supposed endorsements, HOPELESS product. Lacks power, no ability to rotate tools. Not as described at all and therefore a breach of trading standards. No ability to refund unless faulty - again a breach of trading standard whereby under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 there is a 14-day cooling-off period: You can change your mind for any reason and cancel the purchase for a full refund (including standard delivery costs), starting from the day after you receive the goods. Return period: After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the item. Complete CON - try me free for 30days - absolute rubbish as can't return whatever you think of the product. Literally took the drier element out to test the power and was sadly disappointed so need to do anymore. Have sent several emails asking where to return for full refund and just getting fobbed off by customer service. DO NOT TOUCH THIS PRODUCT!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This product is horrible and so cheaply made. The round brush isn't big enough to give any volume and the curling attachments don't even curl your hair. I contacted customer service for a refund but was told I could not. They only refund if product is broken.
