DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an airbrush and before it was delivered saw the terrible honest reviews. I tried to cancel, disputed with my credit card company only to be recharged. They say a 30 day return policy but only if it is defective (and the reviews say it is like Dyson but it is a cheap knockoff) and if you return they charge you $50 to inspect and custom fees. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Very misleading website content.

This company is absolutely a scam. The reviews are fake (stolen from other sites reviewing different products ) and the awards are also fake (I googled all of them and not one of them was awarded to this product). This a cheap, worthless product manufactured in China.

I just received my airbrush and after using it twice I have to agree with the majority of these other reviews - I feel like I was scammed. Save your money, do not buy this product. Their ads on Instagram are totally misleading and if you notice they have disabled the “comments” because they don’t want people to see reviews like these here. I can’t believe I forgot to check Trust Pilot before I bought it.

The company is a scam. The product is terrible yet advertises it’s comparable to the Dyson air wrap. The reviews on site are fake - there’s no way to leave a review on site. The refund policy claims you can return within 30 days, now after buying I see much further down the page sale items are excluded - well the airbrush is in permanent sale!! Illegal. Also all the beauty accreditations are fake!! Do not buy!!

purchased an airbrush kit from Airbrush Beauty and the product was completely unusable in Australia. The kit arrived with a non functioning EU adapter that does not work with Australian power sockets, which meant the device could not be used at all. I sent the company multiple videos clearly showing the product not working and requested a full refund. They refused and instead offered to send a replacement adapter. When the replacement arrived the airbrush still did not work. They also mentioned a thirty percent restocking fee for a faulty product which is not allowed under Australian Consumer Law. Because they would not resolve the issue I took the following steps. • Filed a complaint with the ACCC • Reported the transaction to my bank • Found many other customers with the exact same issue This business sells products that are not fit for purpose and ignores customers who ask for a fair and lawful resolution. You will be out of pocket and left with something that cannot be used. On 29 November 2025 Trustpilot contacted me asking for to share my personal information with Airbrush Beauty about my review which clearly shows the company has gone into damage control. My review is completely genuine. Airbrush Beauty only ever offered three options. • Another EU adapter which does not work in Australia • A thirty percent restocking fee even though the product was faulty • A ten percent partial refund In the end I gave up. The product never worked even after both adapters and all of my troubleshooting. It now sits in a cupboard brand new and untouched. Under Australian Consumer Law if a product fails to operate as intended or has a major fault the consumer is entitled to a full refund. Airbrush Beauty ignored this.

Product is poorly and very cheaply made plastic and the style brush is too small. They bury in their return policy that the unit must be broken in order to receive a refund. Don’t buy this total rip off. Quick update, I got a call from The company offering me $50 to take down my review as a bribe!!

Company is a scam. Product doesn’t work well. If you contact customer support they don’t return your e mail - there’s no phone number at all. Return policy is a joke and you can’t get a hold of anyone to do so, basically once you order it you’re stuck with it.

I do not recommend this product. The company is a scam and the product doesn't curl. They don't accept refunds and will not respond unless you call them out on Facebook. And when they do respond they do everything they can not to refund you. Awful and scammy.
