Very informative
Very informative, step by step, easy to follow. Good exercises. Nice to have the materials to reference.

Though I've only had the program for a little more than a week, I've been impressed with the quality and content of the videos. They do a much better job explaining the condition than my doctor did and set out reasonable expectations for recovery. I like the hopeful messaging, and I seem to be experiencing longer periods that are pain free.

I found the material very informative the exercise plan is really helping me and i already am feeling some relief which is amazing. The holistic approach appeals to me for sure and I don't believe that modern medicines on their own will ever get to the 'root cause' common sense should tell us that but inderstanding where your trigger points lie and where you are knotted up can only be treated with massage, stretching and therapy as described in this great plan. Would recommend for any sufferer of Pelvic pain.

I am a CPPS patient, and recently I tried AidPlan to improve my symptoms. It's been almost a week, and my muscles and urinary symptoms have alleviated since then. It is quite helpful I believe, and I am looking for substantial improvements by the end of the program. However, the contents could have been organized in a daily manner to follow up. There is an extra schedule as pdf format, but I would expect this to be presented in the website, that way you'd know what to do each day. Overall, I am satisfied until now, and I am hopeful that I will be pain free by the end.

Is there a number that I can call Aid Plan at? They gave me the wrong treatment plan. If I can fix this then my wife will get the treatment she needs.

I’m only into the plan just over a week. The videos explain everything very well. I’m hopeful the exercises will help; I’ve already noticed I’m becoming more flexible. As I look forward to the following weeks, I was a little disappointed that it’s more of the same… I’m wondering if I will get bored or the exercises won’t continue to help me doing the for 12 weeks. Just hoping for a little variety. But you probably know best which exercises are most effective.
