Kristi, Thank you for your feedback. We show that your order shipped via UPS, so some packages may show up at different times and/or dates, as UPS doesn't always keep boxes together. Upon tracking your order, some items were delivered on the 19th and the rest were delivered today at 3:55 p.m., however if there is anything missing and/or an issue, please submit a claim and we will get it resolved in a timely manner. We moved our claims process to an online only system two years ago to simplify the process for everyone and to prevent delays. When you go to our claims site here: http://claims.aidangrayhome.com/ your claim is time stamped and sent into the claims team immediately, which also goes across our CEO's desk.
