Total Scam! Avoid.
This is an absolute scam! I took a service with you which I thought was $4.99 to analyse one picture. This was charged to my card as I expected but then immediately after another charge went on of $17.99. I queried it and got a standard email telling me that they would not refund. The report was entirely inaccurate, looked like it had been produced by a child, and would’ve already have been a waste of money even at $4.99. I contacted my credit card, put a stop on any further payments they may steal off my account, and lodged this one as a dispute as it was clear from their email that there would be no point in continuing further discussion. UPDATE - Anyone who is in any doubt about this filter the reviews to the one star and see what every one else has to say. Are we all wrong? Did we all not notice this ‘clearly displayed’ charge?

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation. You initially selected the $4.99 offer, which then led to a subsequent page where an additional digital product was presented. This page clearly displays the full purchase details, including the price of $17.99 for the PDF report, together with a payment continue button. Once the confirmation button is clicked, the system registers this step as a completed and confirmed purchase. The $17.99 charge on your statement corresponds to the PDF report you selected. You can access, view, and download your report at any time by logging into your personal account on our website. We would also like to assure you that our company does not engage in hidden charges or deceptive practices. All pricing information and purchase steps are clearly displayed on each screen before any payment is finalized.
