Chair came 4wks later than predicted
I ordered a styling chair from ags beauty. They called me one week later to let me know that it had been back ordered, and I would have an additional 2 wks added to shipment time. I was opening a salon, so I asked if they could expedite the shipment, and they said it would arrive one week sooner. After the time had passed and I still didn't have my chair, I called the company and the (very kind) associate apologized that my chair wasn't there yet, and said it would be shipped within the week. However, it was NOT shipped within the week, and long story short, I didn't receive it until 4weeks later. I was eased with how kind and helpful the associates were, but I was very unhappy with the misleading time frame that I was given 3 times. And to top it all off, my credit card was charged for the chair before they even had it at their warehouse, and 4wks before they even shipped it to me! This was terrible! I payed for something that they didn't even have yet! I will not be buying anything more from this company. The only reason I gave 2 starts was for the kind sales people.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed shipment of your chair and the inconvenience incurred. We had not been able to ship out the chair in time because, for some unknown reason, the container which your chair was on was held up at the China customs for almost one month, which is extremely unusual and to be honestly it's out of our control. Anyway, we do feel sorry about this delay and we would like to offer you a 20% discount as reimbursement. AGS BEAUTY

Fast and friendly
The staff was very friendly over the phone before we came in. When we got there they were just as friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and they were able to load everything up fast and have me on my way! Thank you!

Very easy to order from and recieve!
I was looking for new styling chairs for the salon and had looked only locally. I went online to a maze of chairs and descriptions and AGS helped me perfectly. I ordered the chairs they came right away and very easy to put together even the tools included. Love the chairs.
