ordered a replacement part for a sink and it didn't fit like it was supposed to.
I ordered a part for a shampoo bowl that had broke. I checked to make sure it was the right part. It was the only part they have available for sale to replace and I bought the sink from them so I was sure it was the correct fit. Well it didn't work! Just a waste of money.

Hi Francisco, We are sorry to hear that the replacement part you bought from us does not fit your existing shampoo bowl. However, we went through past sales records and we did not see you ordered any shampoo sink from us, therefore, we can not guarantee our parts would fit shampoo sinks ordered from other suppliers. If you could send us any document or pictures showing the sink was indeed purchased from AGS BEAUTY, we will provide full refund on the part you ordered. Regards, AGS BEAUTY

salon stations and wall mounts
I did all my dealings with Felix and the experience was a positive one. I got a great deal and everything came in a timely manner. There was a hick up in delivery due to mis communication but it was taken care of. The quality of the furniture was better than expected even though the stations were all missing the same pieces (allen wrench and washers). I will not hesitate to do business again with AGS.......

Great customer service!!!
I order a foot rest for my shampoo bowls to be delivery to my business, but I marked it to be delivery to my home(residence). If you read there shipping guidelines any item being shipped to a residence will be subject to an additional shipping fees. After minutes of ordering my products, I was fortunate to receive a call from customer service. He advise me I had hit the residential option and that I would be charge additional fees for delivery to my home. He search my delivery history and told me that I should have it delivery to my business. I ask him to please ship it to my business and he did without any additional shipping fees. This type of customer service is so rare to receive now these days with company's now treating customers like numbers. Thanks again AGS Beauty!!!!
