Not impressed. Chairs come completely apart and you must put together with multi size Allen wrenches. The chairs are constantly needing tightening on the arms, foot rests, since day 1! I called about a chair doing a wobble, clients felt like they were on a boat, even sent a video. I was told to take the base apart of the faulty chair and a good chair and swap out the hydraulic and the base to figure out what part was defective. I did not do this because I was afraid to ruin 2 chairs. I am now looking for 7 new styling chairs. I will be making sure most of the product is put together for durability. It's a bit embarrassing that a client is worried about my wobbly arms. I worry that the main attachment in the back of the chair is getting worn out from constant tightening and will break as a client is entering or exiting the styling chair... then I will be left with no functioning chair! Very disappointing!

not very happy with the products that were sent out. the looks are the same as it shown on the web site. but the products sent out were damaged with a terrible touch up to cover the damaged finished.

We order a Barcelona couch and 2 hooded dryer... The couch came damaged - a 4 inch tear In the leather right on top of the arm. Super disappointing! Also. Putting the base on this piece was very difficult.

I ordered a part for a shampoo bowl that had broke. I checked to make sure it was the right part. It was the only part they have available for sale to replace and I bought the sink from them so I was sure it was the correct fit. Well it didn't work! Just a waste of money.

I ordered a styling chair from ags beauty. They called me one week later to let me know that it had been back ordered, and I would have an additional 2 wks added to shipment time. I was opening a salon, so I asked if they could expedite the shipment, and they said it would arrive one week sooner. After the time had passed and I still didn't have my chair, I called the company and the (very kind) associate apologized that my chair wasn't there yet, and said it would be shipped within the week. However, it was NOT shipped within the week, and long story short, I didn't receive it until 4weeks later. I was eased with how kind and helpful the associates were, but I was very unhappy with the misleading time frame that I was given 3 times. And to top it all off, my credit card was charged for the chair before they even had it at their warehouse, and 4wks before they even shipped it to me! This was terrible! I payed for something that they didn't even have yet! I will not be buying anything more from this company. The only reason I gave 2 starts was for the kind sales people.

This company is friendly until something isn't right with your order. Then they ignore your calls, make you wait ridiculous amounts of time for your refund... I would NOT order from them in future! They gave my staff & I the run around. They took turns ignoring our calls & situation! They gave us inconsistent information! So as long as you don't need contact after initial purchase, you might be ok!

It's almost impossible to get in touch with them! Called a hundred times after voice mails and messages on their page to make a return, got the email with the bar code for FedEx and then it's defective, now I'm having to call a hundred times again to get a new one, hopefully they answer soon cause you have limited time to return. They really need to step it up on the costumer service asap! Horrible horrible..
