Yes it's a good company

My new equipment looks great but I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Also my shampoo nozzle is leaking somewhere, but we can't figure it out.

Was pleased with everything but the shipping came damage. Shampoo Bowles are very hard for some of my customers to get into, and didn't know until after installed ( had a very hard time with finding proper fittings and had to search all over for them for plumbing) Did not keep boxes and was in rush to open and return policy did not apply to my situation. Bought a $500 trolley and waited 1 month on back order and came damaged. Return policy would have cost 185 in shipping. Liked the prices was main reason for picking them. Just hard to shop on line and wish I would have seen in person before choosing some things. My shop looks stunning but not as functional as I wanted. Loved my chairs but base is not heavy and if kids stand on t bar it will fall over.

My experience with AGS was mediocre at best. The chair was cool but did not sit level. It was a painful process to get them to send out new parts to correct the issue. In the end they did correct the issue. They were nice about it along the way. I may do business with them in the future.

Felix was very helpful over the phone. I did have a hefty shipping charge to send the item back because of it's weight but they refunded the price of the bowl quickly.

the chair was packaged well shiped fast but step on foot rest was broke we called customer service we explained what was wrong with it even sent them pictures of it telling them the weld on the step was broke they sent us bolts to fix it But bolts was not the problem it was the weld Customer service did not follow to see if was fixed more interested in selling than customer service

Leo the sales rep is a great guy. I've had a couple challenges with one of my shampoo bowls leaking by the drain. Eben though replacement parts were sent to me it still leaks. Also 1 of the chair pumps Wasn't working properly. Still waiting for them to mail me the replacement part several months later cause told it was on backorder (like almost 5 months). I also really wish the salon furniture wasn't hotstamped with their logo. I think it cheapens the design of the equipment. But still gotta say Leo is incredible. He was gone for a while and has returned. Just recently bought another styling chair. =)

Got good quality but some parts was missing. They took care of it.
