Outstanding comfort as well as sturdy.
I am totally delighted with my new barber chair. I am 6'4" and really needed a chair I could bring up to a comfortable working level, but I also wanted a chair that would be comfortable to sit in for my customers including the plus size gentlemen that frequent my shop. This chair totally fits my needs. I am extremely happy with this chair and only wish I had bought one soon!

Excellent company to do business with
I shopped well and long looking for the right Salon All Purpose Chair that I could afford, fit my taste, was good quality, and would last til the end of my career, about 10 years. The beautiful chair I bought from AGS is all that and more. All the parts were included, plus the tools to assemble it, good, English instructions, and when I called for help the man with whom I spoke was most courteous. I also bought a great roll-about trolley, much higher quality than I have been working with for years and very affordable. THEN... no charge for shipping!! Whoopee!! Awesome experience!

best salon furniture anywhere!
I bought two manicuring tables from AGS, and they were much nicer than I had even expected them to be! I was so impressed with the customer service and the quality of the furniture that I bought a hair styling chair also! The quality of this chair is superior to the other chairs I looked at in stores. With free shipping and no taxes charged, it's the best deal around too! Kelly at customer service is very helpful and goes out of her way to answer any and all questions. I love my new furniture for my salon!!

Love my shampoo bowls and so do my clients
The tigress shampoo bowl are easy in my back and so comfortable for my clients .. The built in head rest is awesome

Excellent chairs . Really happy I bought them from ags. I was shopping around for a few months. And a the last minute I foun the website of ags and after I rea all the information of the chairs I made the right decision of purchase them.

Worst Experience Ever! Do Not Buy Here!
I was misinformed and lost money due to product availability issues took over a month to complete my order and the final two sent are wrong so I'm still dealing with this. I have had to call in each time no one ever reached out to status me on the situation. Compensation has been minimal for the headache. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. It cost me too much.

After investigating your case, we agree with you that we did make mistakes in handling of your order. First of all, we should not have given you the wrong information on the inventory status at the first place. Secondly, for some unknown reason, the container which the remaining station are on was held at the China customs for almost one month – this is extremely rare case and honestly speaking it's out of our control, that’s why we had not been able to ship out the backorder items to you at an earlier date. Anyway, we do apologize for all the costs and inconvenience caused to you for our mistakes, and we could have handled this in a better way. You ordered a total of 10 stations from us and we have refunded you the amount of 4 station, meaning that you are getting a 40% discount off your original order,which we don't think is "minimal".
