I was referred to this Telehealth from my FSA. The initial consult, portal chat, calls and emails is very supportive. I signed up for Tirzepatide with NAD and B12. You cannot pick the pharmacy, but would be nice to know before you pay. Delivery was 3-5 days in a small cooler with vial, needles and syringes. The after visit summary is very detail oriented and I referred back to it often. The refill process was not very clear. I had to ask several time before the form was ready for me. The coaching call was not utilized by me. They cancelled on me x2 then kept texting and emailing me to reschedule. Problem was I was on time for each coaching call so that made me disappointed. I decided to only try this service for 2 months. I lose 15 pounds so the service worked for me. This Telehealth is great for beginners since the cost is affordable! I am taking a break for now due to travel, but I would recommend this for new GLP-1 users.
