If you have an issue and report it, the complaint is addressed by AI agents and remains ignored for months. I was never handled this poorly at SHED RX. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company who employs actual people who knows how to answer emails and handle problems.
Response from Agile TelehealthMay 25, 2026
