My experience with Agile Telehealth has…
My experience with Agile Telehealth has been consistently disappointing from the very start. My first order arrived with the wrong medication, and it took multiple calls with three different providers — each giving me conflicting instructions — before Dr. Grant finally identified that the medication had been sent in the wrong quantity. He personally instructed me to follow up directly with him going forward, but when I called back to schedule with him, I was told this wasn't possible and that I'd have to see whoever was available instead, meaning I'd have to re-explain my entire medical history all over again. On top of that, the medication I was prescribed had no effect at all, so I was left paying significant costs with zero results. The scheduling has also been a nightmare. On one occasion, I received a confirmation for a 2:30 PM appointment, showed up, and no one was there. After waiting, I got a new notification saying it was actually at 3:00 PM — I waited again, and still no provider joined. Communication across the platform is inconsistent, follow-up commitments (like a promised 24-hour callback) were not honored, and I never felt confident that my care was being handled with any continuity or attention to detail. I ultimately had to cancel my care altogether. I wanted this to work, especially given the cost of the medication involved, but I can't recommend this service based on my experience.
