I was so excited when I received the…
I was so excited when I received the ornament I ordered because it looked exactly as advertised! The ornament they made for me was from a picture taken at my granddaughter’s first birthday this past summer. It’s her with her Mom and Dad and they are all smiling their happiest smile. They are currently out of town so I hung it on their Christmas tree so they will see it when they return. They will be thrilled when they see it! Thank you for this special gift!

Memorable, one-of-a-kind gifts
The photos turned ornaments are so unique, make one of a kind, memorable gifts, not only for the holidays but ALL year-round. They arrived, packaged well, with two choices of string and/or ribbon to hang. Be patient, they take some time to create and deliver, but it’s well worth it!

I had forgotten I had ordered something…
I had forgotten I had ordered something so when my tracking orders program shows a picture of an item, that had one name of my gr-grandaughter on it, and the item had been delivered, I was a bit confused. This item even had an oder # which confused me more. I wrote A Gift Customized that I had not orded the item and had NOT received any delivery. I did tell them the name on the item was my gr-grandaughter name but if I had ordered something, it would have had 4 names not one. Well, my mail delivery that very day the cutiest little plaque came with the names of my four gr-gran babies on it. Light bulb came on. I indeed ordered it, forgot totally that I had, and was so happy to have it to give as my gift to family. Wrote the company immediately that the whole mixup was my fault and all was A-ok on my end. A-G-C Company were most understanding, and all was settled fine I believe for both of us. I will certainly continue to order unique gifts and "want" for myself from A Gift Customized. Nice folks to do business with. Give 'em a try. You'll be pleased and happy you did.

Xmas decorations ruined, this ornament was the only thing we have on our tree.
Hi, I'm a single momma with an awesome little girl and the best doggie. On the weekend after Thanksgiving I went to pull out all of our Christmas decorations to put everything up. When I opened the shed I realized it had been leaking all year and I didn't know. So ALL of our decorations were ruined. Just disintegrated to rubble in mold and mildew. All of her childhood, home made, and other memories, gone. I had ordered an ornament of her and I and our dog a while ago. I held onto it after it came in, as it was to be a gift to her, but the only thing we've had up is just a bare tree. So I gave it to her early and it brought us both to tears. That one ornament standing alone and proud on a bare tree made everything feel ok. So, thank you, thank you so much. Happy holidays!

I'm truly touched by your story, and I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your Christmas decorations due to the shed leak. It's heartbreaking to lose those cherished memories and ornaments. However, I'm glad that the personalized ornament brought some joy and comfort to you and your daughter during a challenging time. It's amazing how a single ornament can hold so much sentimental value and make a bare tree feel special. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I wish you and your family a warm and comforting holiday season🎄❤️ As a way to express our gratitude, we'd be delighted to send you a special gift.
