So happy I saw the ad on FB & placed my order placing…
Although I was hesitant about placing an order, I knew it would open a new way of gift giving for Christmas, so I ordered 1 ornament. The item is beautiful, and we'll crafted. Can't wait to order more. Item arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Loved the whole experience!

My package has been in shipping for 16…
My package has been in shipping for 16 days, it was out for delivery yesterday but never arrived. Their tracking process is some website they manage and does not give you the actual USPS tracking number. Plus since getting this I keep getting scam texts asking me to put in my correct address into USPS under some google email. I have sent emails to their customer service and never get a response. If I don;t get my stuff today Ill just dispute the CC payment. I finally received my purchase after about 20 days.
Response from agiftcustomized.comDec 6, 2023
Hi Bill, We apologize for the delay in shipping your package. Due to weather conditions and high volume during the holiday season, there might have been unexpected delays. We are working diligently to get your package delivered as soon as possible. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, so we can provide you with specific updates and assist further. Additionally, we've been informed about scam messages asking for address confirmation or additional fees. Please rest assured that your order will be shipped to the address you provided without any extra charges. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Warm regards, Linda Hamilton From A Gift Customized.
