At first I wasn’t sure about ordering…
At first I wasn’t sure about ordering my ornaments from a site I found on Social Media. I saw their personalized ornaments and thought they would be a perfect gift for my grandchildren. Alice was great with staying in touch as I awaited my purchases with creative emails. Once they arrived I was so happy to have taken a chance in ordering them. I can’t wait to give them as gifts.

Beautiful ornament

I’m not sure you should trust this company
No response from customer service after several emails and notes on Facebook. Item ordered, tracking says shipped but have not received . No updates in system past November 27 . I’m glad I paid with AMEX because I’m going to have to tell them to get me my money back .

Not what is advertised
I received the product but it is not as pictured in their advertising. They take your photo and attach it to cheap plastic and cut it out. I am extremely disappointed. I had hoped this would be a 1 of a kind gift and instead it was a waste of money.

What a ripoff
What a ripoff! I ordered 3 custom ornaments, which was around $60.00. The pictures you see on the website all look like 3D ornaments. Definitely NOT what you get. All they did was take the pictures I sent and put them on a piece of plastic! Not even worth $5.00 total! Plus it took forever to get them

Being Scammed by A Gift Customized!!!
I think I've been scammed by this company. I've been waiting over a month for my 1 item. I keep sending an email and they keep telling me the same thing. It's been sitting in Powder Spring, GA since the 20th of November. I order the item in October. They keep sending out those stupid emails about reviews and ordering other items, but not following up about the items that aren't being delivered. This is crazy, and of course there isn't a number to call. Update: December 5, 2023. I received a response saying that my package is delayed due to the weather. What's crazy is that my package says it's been in Powder Springs Georgia for 14 days, I live in Austell Georgia, which is less than 10 miles away and there has been NO bad weather. Why LIE!!!! Truly Hate Scammers!!!

Took forever to get here, The end product looks nothing like the…
The end product looks nothing like the 3D styling that is shown in the advertising. It must have been shipped by horse and buggy to USPS and took WAY too long to get here, now there is no way to have another company do the ornament how I wanted it done. I did reach out to "customer service" over a week ago, no response. I got the ornament and still have no response from them. I'm not sending this as a gift. It is not what I expected at all.
